The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, beach/pool towels as well as children's books and toys. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are also available. This villa features a private outdoor space with a pool, whirlpool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. At 2 min walking distance from the accommodation are the beaches of Cala Serena, Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda and at 4 km is the golf course Vall D'Or. The marina of Marina Cala d'Or is 3 km away, where there are many restaurants and bars. Public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
